By air to Tawau

AirAsia and Malaysia Airlines fly to Tawau Airport (TWU) daily.

Tawau Airport to Semporna

The road transfer to Semporna jetty is about 85 km and takes about 90 minutes by private car or van. We arrange it; pick-up is also possible from hotels in Tawau or Semporna.

Semporna jetty to the resort

The speedboat from Semporna jetty takes 50 minutes. Boats leave Semporna in the morning and return from the resort in the afternoon. The boat is open, so keep phones and cameras in waterproof bags. The return to Semporna and Tawau Airport is arranged for the end of your stay.

Travel tips

• Book flights early: Tawau routes fill during school holidays and from March to October
• The currency is the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR); there are ATMs in Semporna town
• Seas are calmest from March to October; the wetter season runs from mid-November to mid-February
