The island

Mataking is a private island off the coast of Semporna in Sabah. Away from the crowd, the resort brings together a pale shoreline, timber villas and chalets, an open-air oceanfront restaurant, Jamu Spa and a PADI 5 Star dive centre on the surrounding reef.

Scuba Diving

A different world,
just beneath.

The resort’s PADI 5 Star Dive Centre takes divers to more than 30 sites around Mataking and its neighbouring islands, where large pelagics and macro marine life can share a single dive. Sipadan diving and snorkelling can be arranged.
